Years of Experience
Among her many professional accomplishments, Tina trained, coached, and managed new and seasoned agents in six market centers of a national firm. She also created a successful agent training program that boosted agent production and gross company sales by 235 percent in her first year. The success of that program led company executives to incorporate it into their national model. Most recently, she managed, recruited, and trained agents in business development as the San Diego district director for a national real estate company.
Getting your real estate license doesn’t necessarily help you become an established realtor; however, having a great mentor certainly can. I was fortunate to have Tina King as my mentor when I first got into real estate. Having the luxury of being mentored by a top producing agent with tons of experience was a huge benefit, and there is no possibility I would be the agent I am today if it wasn’t for Tina. Her approach to mentorship is unique, rewarding to the agent, and very enjoyable. I am grateful to Tina for helping me get going in real estate, guiding me through the process, and pushing me to become a hard-working, high-producing successful real estate agent. Even to this day, she is there to answer any questions I have and help in any way she can, she’s one of a kind, and any agent mentored by Tina is highly fortunate.
